For the past few days, I’ve been feeling kinda upset. Tired of doing good deeds with no appreciation in return. Whenever they need something, I’m the Miss-Can-Do anything. Even if I say ‘NO’, they got the cheek to say I’m useless. Whatever. Look at yourself in the mirror and ask, what have you done for the people in your life? If money is your first option I guess you don’t even know what sacrifice means.

Anyway, let’s get to the good point on my weekends.

I was at the Esplanade for Qasidah (an Islamic poetry) which was performed by Maadihul Mustafa, a group of Singaporean students who studied in Syria. It was one of the nicest event I ever watched. There were also other religious performances from Christian, Hindu and a Shaman ritual from Korea. Historical and cultural are things that I simply love to see and I definitely will lookout for more next year to come and is free for public! Should bring better lens next time =X.
