The weather is kinda nice today to snap few pictures of my mom’s cuisine. As for the past weeks it’s been cloudy and couple of evening rain here.

Maher Zain concert was a blast! The show starts late but as long it’s not cancelled I’m cool with it.
Few complaints to point out. The venue sucks! I remember going for the Crocs Warehouse sale there. For the amount we paid, Max Pavilion could have been a good choice for a start. The seating kinda close to each other, the row spacings are too spread out and the seats doesn’t come in multi-level for the front audiences. The side, the front. It’s freaking close! I almost hit the lady’s head in front of me with my lens. >_<”
Maher Zain may not be very famous but as a performer he deserves a better place than a huge, visible pipes, dirty walls, dim lights warehouse space. Other than that I really enjoy the concert. Maher Zain please come back again! =D

Helping my brother took some pictures. I was kinda disappointed because the place is freaking cold that my arm joint starts to ached so focusing the camera is hard. The feeling is uncomfortable. The security guards were busy walking to and fro, Many unnecessary people were caught on camera. And the crowd were too less. There wasn’t much of good photos that day! I feel so sad… =(

Eh Monday!

The weekend seems to be such a short break so I decided to take the Monday off just to distress myself. I need to go out and take photos so I packed up my gears, meet-up with friends and head out to the Botanic Garden. The weather is nice and cool. The flowers bloomed. No kissing couples on open scene (yay!). Family picnic with their cute pets. Cute chubby kids. Newly weds doing photoshoots. And I still haven’t finish exploring the entire garden yet. =(
16/05/10 – BANE Live!
May 18th
Bought the tickets earlier due to photo assignments which I plan to try myself. I was hesitant to go due to the loss of my bunny (like yesterday) but my parents support me to go ahead and took nice pictures back home for them to see (what!). This is my first gig so I was really anxious but then I find it hopeless. After a while, I decided to go for it, not hoping for the best results but at least good ones to show around to family and friends.
Tears keep pooling around my eyes… it was hard to do something when your mind is thinking about something else. Anyway, here’s the photos I took at the gig. The place is small but not so crampy, I managed to go slightly front for better view of the band. I hate being pushed due to the mosh pit but hey… that’s where the fun is right. Feels like sauna…

My friend gave me the opportunity to snap her pretty niece with her cute red tutu at the Marina Barrage and the Singapore Airport Terminal 3 last Saturday evening.Taking pictures of babies are not that easy!
